Rob Zaslow and Amy Klein have built their approach on years of vast experience across many fields and positions. Both have practiced in and through the courts for more than three decades representing parents, interested parties, being Guardians Ad Litem, Attorneys for Minor Children, mediators, arbitrators, as well as discovery special masters, and Parenting Coordinators.
We bring sympathy, empathy, and a personal aspect to all that we do.

Their breadth of experience spans Family Courts, Juvenile Courts, Probate Courts, and Criminal Courts.

We Are Here To Help With Family Issues

We bring nearly seven decades of combined experience working with families through the court systems. We have dealt with all manner of child-related matters from all Connecticut courts. This has involved: parenting plans, custody (sole vs. joint) determinations, visitation concerns, relocation issues, modifications of custody and parenting time, guardianship matters and cases of termination of parental rights. Our experience, of course, also extends to financial issues including, child support, alimony, division of assets and liabilities, modification of support, dealing with prenuptial agreement issues and estate resolutions. We look forward to helping you by providing you with meaningful, thoughtful, and lasting resolutions to the issues that you are facing.

In hindsight, ZK Resolution Group seems to have been an inevitability. Amy Klein and Rob Zaslow – both working in the trenches of Connecticut’s courts helping families (parents and children) in their worst of times. Looking out for the best interests of children. As litigators. As Guardian Ad Litems. As arbitrators. As Attorneys for Children. As mediators.

We practiced primarily out of Hartford, New Britain, Rockville, Danbury, Litchfield, Torrington, and Waterbury but also spent plenty of time in Meriden, Middletown, New Haven and Bridgeport. With more than three decades, each, of rolling up sleeves in those trenches it was a lengthy after-hours chat that revealed the vision. One asked the other what did you want to do when you grew up?
